We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Assistant to join our team.

Position: Educational Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Work with individual students or small groups to provide extra support
• Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students with special needs or learning disabilities
• Help students with organizational and study skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of best practices in education and child development
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
