We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Hardware Store Associate.

Position: Hardware Store Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right hardware products for their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Receive and stock merchandise as needed
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or hardware store environment preferred
• Knowledge of hardware products and plumbing fixtures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
