Position: Funeral Director

As a Funeral Director at Hollywood Cemetery, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of funeral services for our clients. Your duties will include:

• Meeting with families to discuss their needs and wishes
• Arranging for burial services, including graveside ceremonies
• Coordinating with clergy, florists, and other service providers
• Preparing and filing necessary paperwork and permits
• Assisting with embalming and other mortuary tasks
• Providing compassionate support to grieving families

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Valid funeral director’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Compassion and empathy for others
• Previous experience in the funeral industry is preferred
