We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all youth ministries within the church
• Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for youth of all ages
• Provide pastoral care and support to young members of the congregation
• Work with volunteers and other staff members to create a safe and welcoming environment for youth
• Participate in church events, services, and outreach activities
• Mentor and disciple youth in their spiritual growth

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong personal faith and commitment to Christian values
• Pastoral experience working with youth is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
