Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or banking, with experience in evaluating and approving mortgage loan applications. This individual will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the loan process and helping them secure financing for their new homes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and approve mortgage loan applications
• Assist clients in understanding their financing options
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process
• Work closely with real estate agents, appraisers, and other professionals
• Ensure compliance with all mortgage regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• Two or more years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong knowledge of loan products and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
