Job Title: Locksmith Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform various locksmith services, including lock installation, repair, and rekeying
• Assist customers in choosing the right security solutions for their needs
• Respond to emergency lockout situations in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and transactions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest locksmith techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a locksmith
• Valid locksmith license or certification
• Strong knowledge of various types of locks and security systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
