Position: Hotel Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Process payments, room reservations, and check-outs accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
