We are currently hiring for the following position: Guest Services Manager
Job Title: Guest Services Manager
Job Description:
Oversee the guest services team, including front desk staff, concierge, and bell attendants
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests, exceeding their expectations
Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Train and mentor team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Manage guest room reservations and ensure accurate billing
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel management or guest services
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
