Position: Guest Services Agent

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Position: Housekeeping Attendant

Our Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Key responsibilities include:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Stock and replenish amenities in guest rooms
• Perform general cleaning duties in public areas of the hotel
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department

Position: Breakfast Attendant

Join our team as a Breakfast Attendant and start the day off right for our guests with a delicious breakfast experience. Responsibilities include:

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area
• Prepare and serve breakfast items in a timely manner
• Interact with guests and ensure their dining experience is exceptional
• Clean and sanitize the breakfast area after service
