Position: General Contractor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project planning, and executing building projects of varying sizes and complexity. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and documents
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification is a plus
