Position: Line Cook

Location: Downtown

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

As a Line Cook at Hoot’s Smokehouse, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including smoked meats, sides, and desserts. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to our high standards and served in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include:

• Prepping ingredients for service
• Operating kitchen equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player mentality
