About Us:

Founded in 2015, Hop Scholar Ale House is a premier craft beer bar located in downtown The Woodlands, Texas. We are famous for our extensive selection of craft beers on tap, delicious pub fare, and welcoming atmosphere. Our goal is to provide our customers with a unique and unforgettable experience every time they walk through our doors. We are looking for passionate and hardworking individuals to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our patrons.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Bartender

• Provide excellent customer service by serving drinks and engaging with patrons
• Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

2. Server

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and prompt manner
• Take food and drink orders and deliver them to the table accurately
• Provide recommendations on our menu items and beer selections
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks

3. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Follow proper food safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the hospitality industry, have a positive attitude, and are committed to delivering top-notch service to our customers. In addition, we require the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
