Position: Baker

As a baker at Hot Breads, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including pastries, breads, and cakes. You will work closely with our head baker to ensure that all products are made to our high standards and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and cakes
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Prior baking experience is preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends

Position: Barista

As a barista at Hot Breads, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to our customers. You will also assist with food and pastry sales, maintain a clean and inviting cafe environment, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks
• Assist customers with food and pastry selections
• Maintain cleanliness in the cafe area
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Qualifications:

• Barista experience is a plus
• Knowledge of different coffee drinks and brewing methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
