Located in the heart of Texas, our facility offers a safe and welcoming environment for individuals to practice and improve their marksmanship. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Range Safety Officer

As a Range Safety Officer at Hot Wells Public Shooting Range, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all customers and staff members. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the shooting range to prevent any safety hazards
• Instructing customers on proper firearm handling and range etiquette
• Enforcing all range rules and regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a shooting range or similar environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Range Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Range Maintenance Technician and help us maintain our state-of-the-art shooting range. Duties include:

• Performing routine maintenance on shooting lanes and equipment
• Repairing any mechanical issues with target retrieval systems
• Assisting with facility upgrades and renovations
• Ensuring a clean and organized environment for all visitors

The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance, possess strong mechanical skills, and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks.

Retail Sales Associate

Are you passionate about firearms and shooting sports? Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and help customers find the perfect gear for their shooting needs. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with firearm selection and accessories
• Processing retail transactions and maintaining inventory levels
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
