Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests’ needs are met
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Assist with special guest requests, such as restaurant reservations or transportation arrangements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
