We are currently hiring for the following position:
Position: Guest Services Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
