We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our on-site restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

• Manage and supervise restaurant staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest experience
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create and execute marketing strategies to drive business
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

2. Front Desk Agent

Join our front desk team and be the first point of contact for our guests at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District. The ideal Front Desk Agent will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly

3. Sous Chef

If you have a passion for culinary arts and leadership, join us as a Sous Chef at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong cooking skills, and a creative approach to menu development.

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality and consistency in dishes
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Create innovative and delicious dishes that delight our guests
