House of Blues Restaurant & Bar is an iconic American restaurant that offers a unique dining experience inspired by the rich traditions of Southern cuisine. We specialize in serving up delicious barbecue, refreshing drinks at our bars, and a lively atmosphere that celebrates the spirit of music and community. Unfortunately, due to the challenging circumstances of the past year, our restaurant had to temporarily close its doors. As we look ahead to reopening and serving our loyal customers once again, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team. We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

• Barbecue Grill Cook
• Bartender
• Server
• Host/Hostess
• Line Cook
• Busser

Job Details:

At House of Blues Restaurant & Bar, we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional service and delicious food in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while working alongside passionate professionals who share your love for great food and hospitality.

Barbecue Grill Cook:

• Experience working in a barbecue restaurant or similar establishment
• Ability to grill and smoke meats to perfection
• Knowledge of barbecue techniques and flavor profiles
• Strong attention to detail and food safety standards

Bartender:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service ability
• TABC certification required

Server:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of menu items and specials
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide exceptional service to guests

Host/Hostess:

• Warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to multitask and handle reservations efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using OpenTable or similar reservation systems

Line Cook:

• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Ability to work in a team and follow recipes accurately
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Busser:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
