Position Available: Baker

As a Baker at House of Pies Restaurant, you will play a key role in our kitchen operations by preparing and baking a variety of pies, pastries, and baked goods. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mixing and preparing dough for pies and other baked goods
• Rolling out dough and shaping it into pies
• Preparing fillings and toppings according to our recipes
• Baking pies and pastries in our ovens to perfection
• Decorating pies with creative designs and finishes
• Ensuring that all baked goods are of high quality and meet our standards
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a baker or pastry chef in a bakery or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious baked goods
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
