Position: Cocktail Lounge Manager

Are you passionate about mixology, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests? Houston Business Lounge is looking for a dynamic Cocktail Lounge Manager to lead our team and elevate our cocktail program to new heights. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business in the heart of Houston’s bustling nightlife scene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the cocktail lounge, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
• Create and update cocktail menus to reflect current trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Train and mentor staff on proper cocktail techniques and customer service.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and regulations.
• Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best quality ingredients at competitive prices.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote special events and cocktail offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in a cocktail lounge or similar establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• TIPS or similar certification in responsible alcohol service.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
