We are currently hiring for the following position:

Computer Technician

As a Computer Technician at Houston Cafe Internet, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our computer equipment to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience while using our facilities. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot issues, install new equipment, and provide excellent customer service to anyone in need of technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing computer equipment
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software
• Providing technical support to customers and staff
• Performing routine maintenance on computers and peripherals
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a computer technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
