Educational Consultant

Job Description:

As an educational consultant at Houston Classical Charter School, you will play a key role in shaping the academic program and curriculum of our school. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve student learning outcomes and ensure academic success for all of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design and implement effective instructional techniques
• Conduct regular assessments of student progress and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops for staff to enhance teaching skills and pedagogy
• Research best practices in education and stay current on trends in the field

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in educational consulting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with students and helping them achieve academic success
