Position Available:

We have an opening for a Computer Repair Technician to provide on-site technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer components and software
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of computers and peripherals
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of service calls

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in computer repair and technical support
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in computer repair or related field is a plus
