Seeking Experienced DUI/DWI Attorneys

We are currently looking for experienced DUI/DWI Attorneys to join our team at Houston DWI Lawyer Tad A. Nelson. Our law firm specializes in defending individuals who have been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) or driving while intoxicated (DWI) in the Houston area. With over 30 years of experience, Tad A. Nelson is a highly regarded lawyer in the field, and we are committed to providing the best possible legal representation to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to DUI/DWI charges
• Negotiate with prosecutors to reach favorable outcomes for clients
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Stay up-to-date on changes in DUI/DWI laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing DUI/DWI law
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
