Job Title: DUI & DWI Attorney

Job Description:

• Represent clients in all phases of DUI and DWI cases, from initial consultation to trial
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate with prosecutors to reach favorable resolutions for clients
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions and hearings
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel
• Stay current on changes in DUI and DWI laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Prior experience in DUI and DWI defense preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedication to providing excellent client service
