Position: Community Engagement Coordinator
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building connections within the community and helping to organize events and initiatives that promote our values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage with local residents and organizations
- Coordinate and oversee community events, including fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings
- Collaborate with other team members to create and distribute marketing materials that promote our organization and upcoming events
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the community to enhance our reach and impact
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the success of our community initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in community engagement, event planning, or public relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for serving the community and promoting inclusivity
