Event Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of events, from initial planning to day-of logistics
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and provide creative solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services
  • Create and maintain event budgets to ensure profitability
  • Oversee event set-up, including banquet hall arrangements and party supply rentals
  • Ensure events run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
