Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Optometrist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optometry and a passion for helping patients achieve and maintain optimal eye health. As an Optometrist at Houston Eye Care Clinic, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses as needed. In addition, you will work closely with our team of ophthalmologists to co-manage patient care and provide the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Diagnose and treat eye diseases and conditions
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids
• Educate patients on proper eye care and maintenance
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state of Texas
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
