Job Title: Appliance Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of major appliances, including Fisher & Paykel products
• Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure the job is done right the first time

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in appliance repair or a related field
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair appliances efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certification in major appliance repair is a plus
