We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and help us provide exceptional water damage restoration services to our clients.

Position: Water Damage Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage calls in a timely manner
• Assess and inspect the extent of water damage
• Extract water and perform drying and dehumidification processes
• Remove damaged materials and belongings
• Perform mold remediation and sanitation of affected areas
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the restoration process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration is preferred
• Knowledge of water damage mitigation techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work on-call and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
