We’re Hiring: Dog Trainer

Are you passionate about working with dogs and helping them reach their full potential? Do you have experience in dog training and a strong desire to continue learning and growing in the field? If so, we want you to join our team at Houston K9 Academy as a Dog Trainer.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct group and private training sessions for dogs of all ages and breeds
• Assess behavior and develop customized training plans for each dog
• Teach basic obedience commands and address specific behavioral issues
• Work with dog owners to provide training resources and support
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and training sessions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in dog training
• Certification from a recognized dog training program
• Strong knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
