Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Home Builders to join our team. As a Home Builder at Houston Kaco Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects, from start to finish. This includes managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals
• Manage construction schedules and timelines
• Oversee subcontractors and laborers on-site
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project progress
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Quality control and inspection of workmanship

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques
• Excellent project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
