Drug Testing Specialist

As a Drug Testing Specialist at Houston Legal DNA Paternity Services, you will be responsible for conducting drug tests on individuals in accordance with established protocols and procedures. Your primary duties will include:

• Administering drug tests to clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Collecting specimens and ensuring proper chain of custody documentation
• Performing on-site drug testing at various locations
• Interpreting test results accurately and preparing reports for clients
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations

Immigration Law Attorney

As an Immigration Law Attorney at Houston Legal DNA Paternity Services, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their immigration law needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters
• Preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
• Attending immigration court hearings and representing clients in legal proceedings
• Researching and analyzing immigration laws and regulations
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes

Immigration & Naturalization Consultant

As an Immigration & Naturalization Consultant at Houston Legal DNA Paternity Services, you will assist clients with navigating the complex process of immigration and naturalization. Your duties will include:

• Assessing clients’ eligibility for immigration benefits
• Preparing and submitting immigration forms and supporting documents
• Communicating with government agencies and officials on behalf of clients
• Providing guidance on the naturalization process and requirements
• Helping clients understand their rights and options under immigration law

Requirements

To be considered for a position at Houston Legal DNA Paternity Services, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• For Drug Testing Specialist: Certification in drug testing or related field, excellent communication skills, attention to detail
• For Immigration Law Attorney: Juris Doctor degree, active license to practice law in the state of Texas, experience in immigration law
• For Immigration & Naturalization Consultant: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, strong organizational skills
