Job Title: Member Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of Houston Metropolitan Federal Credit Union, assisting members with their financial needs and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Opening new accounts, including savings, checking, and retirement accounts
• Processing loan applications and providing information on our various loan products
• Assisting members with online and mobile banking services
• Resolving member inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promoting credit union products and services to meet member needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in a financial institution, preferably a credit union
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic financial products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
