Position: Career Transition Coach

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one career coaching to clients going through job transitions
• Assist clients in assessing their skills, strengths, and interests
• Create personalized career development plans for clients
• Offer guidance on resume writing, interviewing skills, and job search strategies
• Support clients in networking and connecting with potential employers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Previous experience in career coaching or HR consulting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a strong network of industry contacts
• Certifications in career counseling or related fields are a plus
