Job Title: Party & Event Planner

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social parties
• Create event proposals, timelines, and budgets tailored to each client’s needs
• Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, and entertainers, to ensure seamless execution of events
• Oversee event setup, including tent and chair rental arrangements
• Manage event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and guest lists
• Attend events to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Party & Event Planner or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of event planning software is a plus

Job Title: Tents-Rental Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and customer-focused? Do you have a passion for providing top-notch service to clients? Houston Party Tent & Event is currently seeking a dedicated Tents-Rental Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting the right tent for their event, based on guest count, venue size, and other factors
• Coordinate tent delivery, setup, and takedown according to client’s specifications
• Inspect tents for damage or wear and tear, and arrange for repairs or replacement as needed
• Maintain inventory of tents and related equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tent rental or a related field
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
