Job Description

As a Pawnbroker at Houston Pawn Inc., you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to pawn transactions, buying and selling merchandise, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating items brought in by customers for pawn or sale
• Negotiating prices with customers based on market value and condition of items
• Providing accurate and efficient pawn loan services
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information on products
• Completing paperwork and documentation for pawn transactions

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pawn shop or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of pawn industry practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent
