We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the Hardware Stores division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of a successful company that is committed to excellence.

Job Title: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and update displays as needed
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of masonry equipment and supplies is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
