We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Fishmonger

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our team as Fishmongers. Responsibilities include:

• Cutting, cleaning, and filleting various types of fish and seafood
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assisting customers with their seafood selections and providing cooking recommendations
• Operating seafood processing equipment

2. Line Cook

We are seeking talented Line Cooks to work in our busy kitchen. The ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality
• Knowledge of seafood preparation techniques
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

3. Servers

We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Servers. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
