Position Available: Tea & Coffee Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea and coffee beverages to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and answering any questions they may have
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tea and coffee preparation areas
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Create memorable experiences for guests through personalized recommendations and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a tea or coffee shop preferred
• Strong knowledge of different tea and coffee varieties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues as needed
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
