Job Title: Restoration Technician

Job Description:

• Perform water and fire damage restoration services to residential and commercial properties
• Assess and inspect damaged areas to determine the best course of action for restoration
• Use specialized equipment to extract water, dry affected areas, and restore damaged property
• Document all restoration processes and communicate effectively with clients throughout the restoration project
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration services

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fire and water damage restoration is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
