We are hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Minister

Job Description:

• Develop and lead youth programs, events, and activities
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young members of the congregation
• Work with youth leaders and volunteers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
• Coordinate outreach efforts to engage with youth in the community
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth ministry into overall church programs

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to the Christian faith and values of the church
• Experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and execute engaging and meaningful youth programming
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
