We Are Hiring: Automotive Roadside Service Technician

Job Title: Automotive Roadside Service Technician

Location: Houston, TX

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls promptly and efficiently
• Perform on-the-spot mechanical repairs for stranded vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy before leaving the scene
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• ASE certification preferred
• Prior experience in automotive repair and roadside assistance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
