Position: Access Control Systems Technician

Job Description:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair access control systems for commercial and residential clients
• Perform maintenance on existing access control systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each project
• Provide training to clients on how to use the access control systems effectively
• Stay up-to-date on the latest access control technologies and trends in the industry

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining access control systems
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting access control systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certification in access control systems is a plus
