Job Title: General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects of various sizes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
