Position: Sous Chef

Job Description:

• Assist the Head Chef in creating innovative and flavorful Latin American dishes.
• Oversee the kitchen staff and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and development.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of Latin American cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
