1. Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse at Hummingbird Care Home, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will oversee and coordinate the care for each resident, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible. Responsibilities include:

– Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
– Developing and updating care plans for each resident
– Monitoring and evaluating the health status of residents

– Providing emotional support and guidance to residents and their families

2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hummingbird Care Home, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and assistance to our residents. Your compassion and dedication will make a positive impact on the lives of those in our care. Responsibilities include:

– Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
– Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
– Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed
– Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

3. Activities Coordinator

As an Activities Coordinator at Hummingbird Care Home, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and enriching activities for our residents. Your creativity and energy will help enhance the daily lives of our residents. Responsibilities include:

– Developing and implementing a monthly activities calendar
– Organizing group outings and social events
– Leading exercise classes and other recreational activities
– Coordinating special events and holiday celebrations
– Providing one-on-one support for residents who may need extra assistance
