Position Available: Waitstaff

Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as waitstaff at Hunan Garden. As a member of our waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
