Position: Insurance Claims Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Claims Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law and a proven track record of successfully handling insurance claims cases. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging and diverse cases, collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance claims cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in insurance law and handling insurance claims cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
