Position: Floor Materials Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to customers on various floor materials and products
• Assist customers in selecting the right floor materials for their specific needs
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the floor materials industry
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide product information to customers
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the floor materials industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of various types of floor materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Team player with a positive attitude
